The windbd platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:
windbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending further review.
To access the full range of windbd services, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay, you must complete the account registration process at windbd.bid. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your windbd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. windbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify windbd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Verification documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. windbd reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting windbd support. windbd reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where continued operation of the account would conflict with windbd's responsible gaming obligations.
All transactions on windbd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). windbd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500 BDT. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are published in the windbd help section and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your windbd balance in real time under normal network conditions. windbd is not responsible for delays attributable to the Player's mobile financial service provider or third-party payment networks. Deposits may not be reversed once they have been credited to your windbd balance.
Withdrawal requests are processed by windbd within the timeframes published at windbd.bid at the time of the request. Account verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. windbd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion. Withdrawal funds will be remitted exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. windbd reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy. Players are advised to log in periodically to keep their account active, or to withdraw any remaining balance prior to anticipated extended periods of inactivity.
windbd may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.
Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. windbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time it was awarded.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage strategies specifically targeting promotional terms, or any other conduct that windbd reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of a promotion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
All bets placed on windbd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, market, or event. These rules are published within the respective product sections of windbd.bid and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.
windbd reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, fraud, technical error, or where the odds or market were published in error. In the case of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the Player's balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any other fault that affects the outcome or recording of a game or bet, windbd reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the stake to the Player. windbd's records of bet placement, game outcomes, and account transactions are the definitive record and shall prevail in any dispute, subject to windbd's formal dispute resolution process.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the windbd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any windbd content. Any unauthorised use of windbd intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, windbd, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the windbd platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
windbd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. windbd makes no representation that the content or services available through windbd.bid are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit windbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
windbd reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version of the Terms & Conditions currently published at windbd.bid/terms-conditions is the operative version. Where amendments are material, windbd will make reasonable efforts to notify Players in advance. Your continued use of the windbd platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the context in which windbd.bid provides its services. Players access and use windbd.bid at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction of residence. windbd makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
